Didn't have "Recover my ancient Newgrounds account just in case that turns out to be a safe haven during the internet apocalypse" on my 2026 bingo card, but here we are.
Remember when a teenager could post some crappy GarageBand arrangements he made in his middle-school computer class and that was acceptable? (audible shuddering)
Still, all jokes aside, there's something shockingly wholesome about how Newgrounds has somehow survived this whole time and might be something of a genuine creative safe haven while so many other sites are trying to undermine people's rights to privacy and respect for creative work as fast as possible. It may be a repository of old cringe, but dammit, it's still OUR cringe.
